TowMargin calculates margins from the values you enter.
Before relying on a result, verify payload rating, tow rating, GVWR, GCWR, receiver limits, trailer labels, tongue weight, and loaded weights from the best sources available for your setup.
Estimate boundary
The report is an estimate based on entered ratings and weights. A missing, stale, or wrong source number can change the result.
Use the result as a worksheet for checking margins, not as a certificate, approval, warranty, insurance statement, or road-use determination.
Your source numbers matter
Use the payload sticker, owner manual, manufacturer towing guide, receiver label, trailer label, and certified scale readings when they are available.
If TowMargin shows a close or negative margin, recheck the original source before treating the worksheet as useful for planning.
